Material and Durability
The primary structure and components of our Push-pull exhaust fan, including the blades, are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This material can be used in different applications such as in poultry houses, livestock barns, and certain industrial settings.
The motor of this Push-Pull Shutter Fan drives the fan blades to generate airflow. When the fan is started, the corrosion-resistant stainless steel shutters automatically open. And when it is shut down, the shutters close automatically to prevent outdoor dust, debris, and other foreign objects from entering, as well as to avoid the effects of rain, snow, and backdraft.
This design contributes to Weather Protection. It Seals the shed against the elements when the fan is off, while maintaining internal pressure and temperature when not running.
Push-Pull Mechanism & Bearing Alignment
The Push-Pull Mechanism utilizes a robust nylon guide directly installed onto the flange plate, which prevents nylon deformation or expansion under load and ensures concentric alignment between the front and rear bearings.
U-Shaped Stainless Steel Blades
The 6 U-Shaped Fan Blades are made from a single piece of stainless steel stamping. These blades are strongly durable and deliver high airflow capacity at low noise levels, which are highly resistant to deformation or breakage, perfect for High-Performance Industrial Fans.
Copper Motor & Positioning
Equipped with a Copper Motor that is strongly resisted to humidity, our Stainless Steel Exhaust Fan enables continuous, all-weather operation. The motor provides high rotational speed and powerful performance. the motor is positioned above the unit, extending the lifespan of the Industrial Motor.
Aluminum Alloy Fan Wheel
The Fan Wheel (often referred to as the pulley or driving wheel) is made of robust Aluminum Alloy which provides greater strength and durability compared to iron alternatives, suitable for an efficient Agricultural Ventilation Fan.
Outer Frame Profile
The outer frame is made of thickened stainless steel for maximum corrosion and rust resistance. The frame features a 1.0mm thick top cover and 0.8mm thickness on the remaining three sides, providing enhanced stability and an extended service life. The surface is protected by a temporary stainless steel protective film upon delivery.
